Exercise Improves Mood in Older Adults
Exercise has already shown to improve mood in people with depression, now new findings suggest that exercise may also help older adults fight “grumpiness.” In a report recently published in the Journal of Aging and Physical Activity, researchers found that exercise, especially strength training, significantly improved the moods of older adults.
